Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Cookeville, TN

Pay Range: $16p/h

Shift: Available to work 19 days straight

What's the Job?

+ Position parts, materials, and sub-assemblies for assembly.

+ Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts.

+ Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

+ Set up, operate, or tend more than one type of cutting or forming machine tool or robot.

+ Inspect workpieces for defects and measure them to determine accuracy of machine operation.

What's Needed?

+ Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

+ Basic ability to read blueprints.

+ Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions.

+ Willingness to work up to 19 days straight.
