    Job Description

    Join our dynamic culinary team at the beautiful Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort as a Culinary Steward. In this essential role, you’ll help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, supporting our chefs and team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your work behind the scenes is key to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do:

    + Ensure all kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and food prep areas

    + Assist with waste disposal and recycling in accordance with resort policies

    + Support the culinary team with timely delivery and organization of clean supplies

    + Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

    + Collaborate with team members to keep the kitchen efficient and well-stocked

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For:

    + A strong work ethic and attention to detail

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    + Team player with a positive attitude

    + Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is a plus but not required—training provided!

    + Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
