    WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

     

    You will work with supply chain stakeholders and account teams to provide actionable insights to deliver business results and influence key business decisions leveraging data. You will collaborate with senior/lead business analysts to develop, leverage, and streamline reporting and analytics best practices

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are seeking a passionate self-starter with a proven ability to use data analysis to solve complex business challenges. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is eager to learn new technologies, and can effortlessly transition between strategic long-term projects and ad-hoc tasks. Success in this role requires a strong analysis foundation, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

    CRITICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    + Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills to translate business challenges into actionable insights.

    + Intermediate to advanced proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) Python/R is a plus.

    + Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders to drive impactful results.

    + Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

    + Ability to clearly communicate strategic vision and purpose to internal and external partners, utilizing multiple platforms to drive clarity.

    WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

     

    In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to provide actionable insights to influence key business decisions and tradeoffs across partners.

     

    + Mine and explore data sources to participate in and recommend financial ship goal forecasts on a routine basis leveraging data model’s and historical trend analysis

    + Track, trace and communicate account performance (eg. On Time, Bookings etc) and recommend opportunities to improve using data and insights

    + Develop and publish reports/visuals and deliver insights on any adhoc requests from account teams, business stakeholders

    + Work with senior/lead business analysts to develop, leverage, and streamline reporting and analytics best practices

    + Participate in a "business analyst" network across the org to collaborate on projects, share learnings and build team relationship
