As the Child Care Business Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

+ Support and establish goals for provider Child Care Management System, onboarding and ongoing engagement with CCMS, ensuring provider use of key system functions.

+ -Schedule, plan, and facilitate network membership meetings.

+ Assist in planning and implementation of special projects within the Child Care Team

+ Support providers in implementing HR best practices, including job descriptions, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, and retention strategies.

Child Care Business Specialist Minimum Salary: $22 an hour

Child Care Business Specialist Maximum Salary: $22 an hour

Child Care Business Specialist Schedule: 35 hours a week, Monday-Friday. MTWF- 8:30-4PM, Thurs- 8:30-6:30PM

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor degree in early childhood development or related field.

+ 1 to 3 years child care experience
