As the LPN, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

+ Overseeing the medical management of assigned Residential Program & caseload

+ Assists the RN in development and maintenance of records and care plans

+ Keep the RN informed of program needs and any issues regarding the individuals

+ Administering and recording prescribed medications following established protocols

+ Providing direct support to the individuals as needed

Licensed Practical Nurse Minimum Salary: $22.57/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Maximum Salary: $26.67/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule: Schedule: M-F flexible schedule, NO evenings, NO weekends, NO mandating, and ALL 17 observed holidays off

Qualifications:

+ Registered New York State Licensed Practical Nurse

+ Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation

+ One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required
