As the Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
+ Performing all plumbing, electrical repairs, basic woodworking, installations and repairs for small appliances
+ Performing various remodeling projects, including but not limited to sheet rocking, framing, floor tile installations, painting, etc.
+ Performing all landscaping functions including mowing, tree pruning, planting, etc. and ensures the timely removal of snow and ice
+ Rotates on-call responsibilities as scheduled; On-call is required on a rotating basis for evening and weekend coverage
Maintenance Technician Minimum Salary: $21.55/hour
Maintenance Technician Maximum Salary: $21.55/hour
Maintenance Technician Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm *additional hours may be required in cases of emergency such as a snowstorm*
Qualifications:
+ Valid NYS Driver’s License
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Competency in basic areas of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
+ One to three years of experience as a technician is preferred
+ Knowledge of building maintenance or construction, including painting or patching is preferred
