    As the Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

    + Responsible for the overall flexible design and implementation of service delivery of outreach programs.

    + Promote outreach programs before various community, judicial, or governmental bodies.

    + Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and development of all program staff.

    + Supervise, evaluate and discipline staff in carrying out their defined responsibilities and compliance with agency policies and procedures.

    + Assist Community Maternity Services in seeking funding to support all programs.

    + Research and write grants specific to outreach counties.

    + Collect data and provide outcome reports to all funding sources.

     

    Program Director Minimum Salary: $25.00

     

    Program Director Maximum Salary: $30.00

     

    Program Director Schedule: Monday-Friday

     

    *Subject to call: Yes (1 week approx. every 6 to 8 weeks)

    Qualifications:

    + Associate Degree in human services or related field

    + 5+ years of relevant experience

    + Must have a personal cell phone

    + Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
