**Position:** Physical Therapist – Center Manager (Outpatient Orthopedics)

**Location:** NovaCare – Pikesville, Baltimore, MD

**Schedule:** Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Compensation:** Starting at **$85,000

Incentives:** Up to **$20,000 sign-on bonus** and/or **indefinite student loan assistance

NovaCare’s **Pikesville outpatient orthopedic center** is seeking a passionate, licensed physical therapist to step into a **Center Manager** role—leading a dynamic team while delivering exceptional patient care.

Our clinic serves a diverse population ranging from teens to older adults. We offer a wide range of specialty services, including:

+ Sports Medicine

+ Aquatic Therapy

+ Work Conditioning

+ Concussion Management

+ Fall & Injury Prevention

+ LSVT BIG

+ General Orthopedics

This is a **treating leadership role** , ideal for a physical therapist with **at least three years of outpatient orthopedic experience** . Prior management experience is a plus, but not required—our **leadership development programs** are designed to support your growth and success.

As Center Manager, you’ll oversee a respected team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality care and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in shaping the patient experience and fostering a collaborative, supportive clinic culture.

Responsibilities

+ Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions

+ Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

+ Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios

+ Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

+ Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community

+ Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

+ Must be a graduate of anaccredited school of physical therapy

+ Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start

+ CPR Certification
