We're seeking a Senior Program Manager, Dealer Compliance to architect and scale our compliance program, ensuring car dealers consistently deliver Amazon's high standards of quality in every customer interaction. In this role, you will develop and implement monitoring systems and accountability mechanisms that provide visibility into the on-premise customer experience at dealerships. You will build scalable reporting frameworks and telemetry systems to track dealer performance, identify trends, and enable data-driven decision making.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing enforcement protocols that maintain our quality standards while supporting business growth. This includes developing metrics to measure program efficacy, creating feedback loops for continuous improvement, and establishing mechanisms to drive dealer accountability. When standards are not maintained, you will be responsible for defining the compliance policies and taking appropriate corrective actions.

Key job responsibilities
As the Senior Program Manager for Dealer Compliance at Amazon Autos, you will:
- Architect and scale comprehensive dealer compliance mechanisms, including telemetry systems for monitoring on-premise customer experience and automated monitoring tools.
- Design and implement a robust compliance enforcement framework, including policies, escalation paths, and corrective action protocols.
- Lead data-driven analysis of compliance program effectiveness, conducting trend analysis, risk assessment, and impact measurement.
- Partner with technology teams to integrate compliance requirements into dealer-facing tools and systems.
- Establish comprehensive reporting frameworks to track compliance metrics, program effectiveness, and business impact.
- Drive continuous improvement of the compliance program through regular assessment and implementation of best practices.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment on compliance standards and enforcement mechanisms.
- Lead root cause analysis for systematic issues, developing both immediate solutions and long-term preventive measures.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
- Experience in HR shared services, IT services, operations and/or compliance

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
