    **Verdantas** is a national consulting group seeking a talented **Civil Bridge Engineer** to join our team in the **Toledo, OH Office** or any of our Midwestern Regional offices.

     

    We are currently seeking a Full-Time Bridge Engineer to be involved in projects with our Transportation Team and be a part of a growing organization that delivers important bridge infrastructure for our Ohio and National clients. ​

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform bridge related computations and analysis

    + Support the preparation of design plans, cost estimates and special provisions

    + Collect data, gather information, produce documents and reports

    + Attend design meetings and coordinate with team members

    + Develop memorandums and other written technical documents

    + Work with cross-functional teams in executing project work

    + Work collaboratively with other engineers, professionals, and infrastructure authorities on Federal, State, regional, local, and privately funded improvement and development projects

    + Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.

    + 4+ years of relevant post education experience

    + Ohio Professional Engineering License (or ability to apply within 1 yr)

    + Good technical writing, analytical and communication skills

    + Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products

    + Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    + Must have the ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and occasionally up to 80 lbs.

    + Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

    Salary Range:

    $80,000 to $100,000
