Job Responsibilities:

+ Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resources Department.

+ Filing

+ Assist Welcome Center receptionist and greet visitors

+ Assist with New Hire Orientation

+ Receive and route incoming phone calls to Human Resources

+ Run and distribute reports

+ Input data into the Human Resources databases and review for accuracy

+ Coordinate and support a variety of Human Resources programs such as Crown’s paid time off program and verification of employment

+ Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

+ Must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year degree program in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

+ Able to work more than 20 hours per week

+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs.

+ Professional office experience preferred
