Job Summary

This position is a laborer position at our aggregate plant location . Manaual tasks will be assinged that may include shoveling, maintenance and repairs to plant or heavy equipment, and various other manual tasks.

Main Responsibilities

+ Perform all work in a safe manner, maintaining an excellent safety environment

+ Participate in daily safety huddles

+ Shovel aggregates

+ Assit with maintenance and repairs of the plant and various equipment

+ Other manual tasks as assigned

Education

+ On the job training provided

Skills

+ Perform tasks efficiently

+ Build professional relationships that develop excellent teamwork

+ Must be safety conscious

+ Mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

+ Able to work long shifts - up to 7 days a week when necessary

+ Must be capable of long periods of standing / walking / moving without sitting

+ Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Must preform tasks while working in various seasonal climates

+ Able to complete tasks with frequent bending, twisting, scooping, and climbing

+ Must be able to shovel

+ Working at heights may be required when necessary
