Job Title: FPGA Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced FPGA Engineer who will be responsible for the development of FPGA from concept through production. This role involves architecture definition, design, simulation, and verification with a focus on developing low power high-speed interfaces for imaging payloads.
Responsibilities
+ Develop FPGA architecture from concept through production.
+ Focus on creating low power, high-speed interfaces for imaging payloads.
+ Perform system simulation, synthesis, and resource and power utilization analysis.
+ Conduct place and route, timing analysis, verification, and integration.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of experience in Digital Design/FPGA development using VHDL or Verilog.
+ Proficiency in FPGA, VHDL, Verilog, and space flight hardware.
+ Experience with image processing.
+ Capability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Active clearance is a plus.
+ Space Flight experience is highly desired.
+ Hardware debugging and integration skills using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multi-meters.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Cypress, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $106.00/hr.
