    Job Title: Architectural DrafterJob Description

     

    We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team, specializing in commercial architecture projects. You will play a crucial role in drafting construction drawings using Revit, coordinating project activities, and ensuring deliverables are met.

    Responsibilities

    + Draft construction drawings for commercial architecture projects using Revit.

    + Coordinate all project activities, including communication with clients, engineering trades, and internal staff members.

    + Ensure project deliverables are met.

    + Involvement in all phases of projects.

    + Occasional travel for site visits.

    Essential Skills

    + Full proficiency with Revit.

    + 3 - 5 years of experience within architecture.

    + Bachelor of Architecture or higher is a must.

    + Experience in commercial building, particularly supermarkets or big box retail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD.

    + Ability to produce full construction drawing sets within a team setting.

    Work Environment

    The office is located in Kearny, NJ, with approximately 20 employees. You will join a team dedicated to commercial projects, working with high-profile clients such as Walmart, CVS, Trader Joe's, and more.     Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kearny, New Jersey.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
