BlenderJob Description

1st shift from 6 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime required. In this role, you will ensure all GMP, HACCP, and production procedures are meticulously followed and documented for assigned work.

Responsibilities

+ Perform manual production tasks such as material handling and staging, batching, packaging, cleaning, and sanitizing.

+ Utilize a computer inventory control system for efficient task management.

+ Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

+ Efficiently perform assigned tasks and duties as directed.

Essential Skills

+ 6 months to 5 years of experience in food production.

+ HACCP and GMP experience.

+ Mixing and blending experience, with liquid or dairy blending being advantageous.

+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to read batch documentation.

+ Intermediate knowledge of food safety requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Basic understanding of Safe Quality Food program.

+ Detail-oriented and responsible.

+ Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to follow precise instructions and work as part of a team.

+ Capability to manage frequent changes and unexpected delays professionally.

+ Proficiency in operating a forklift and scissor lift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Benefits will be provided by client upon candidates request or if candidate requests the benefits before they start.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in SAUKVILLE,WI.
