Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Nashville, TN, to find a Hardware Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and develop embedded electronic hardware, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection.
+ Create and optimize power supply circuits for efficiency, safety, and performance.
+ Ensure hardware meets safety and compliance standards (UL, EMI/EMC, etc.).
+ Perform FMEA and risk assessments to improve reliability and reduce potential failures.
+ Create schematic and PCB design documentation.
+ Oversee prototype builds, validation testing, and troubleshooting.
+ Maintain detailed design documentation and contribute to process improvements.
+ Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in embedded electronics.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in embedded hardware design.
+ Strong background in power electronics, reliability design, and FMEA.
+ Skilled in PCB design software; experience with circuit simulation tools preferred.
+ Excellent analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
