+ Pay: $23.44
+ Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
+ Hybrid Role /6month Assignment
+ 2 days home / 3 days in office
Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients. Within WMO, Wealth Management Specialty Operations provides support for Private Bank accounts and transactions. The Specialty Asset Management Operations team supports processing, reconciling, and balancing of note/mortgage, vendor, and client oil & gas payments for the Specialty Asset Management line of business and their clients.
This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the creation, onboarding and maintenance of accounts, according to the established guidelines and procedures. Key responsibilities include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients and assisting in training for less experienced team members.
Job expectations include operating with a moderate level of independence, and referring to their team lead or manager for direction and support with moderately complex issues and escalations.
Required Skills:
+ Strong problem solving and decision making skills
+ Must demonstrate a cooperative and professional work attitude, while displaying the ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Strong organization and follow-up skills
+ Quick learner who can develop subject matter expertise
Desired Skills:
+ Relevant work experience preferably Oil and Gas experience that forms a strong foundational knowledge to excel in the role.
**Pay Details:** $23.44 per hour
