Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Administrative Associate in Richmond, VA!
+ Location: Richmond, VA, mostly REMOTE
+ Pay: $20.00 per hour
+ Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm OR 7:30am – 4:30pm
+ Temp to Hire
+ Weekly paycheck
Job Summary
This position supports the sales force with a focus on researching portals to access supplier contracts for designated customers.
Responsibilities
• Utilize Excel reports to track activity, manage data, and ensure accuracy in contract access and distribution
• Daily priorities and expectations will be guided by management, with clear instructions provided to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Qualifications
• MS Excel is a must
• MS Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Works effectively under direction, demonstrating the ability to accomplish daily tasks with minimal oversight from leadership
• Utilize SFDC and Excel to manage and align data accurately
• Applies critical thinking skills within the scope of foundational training and established procedures, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with outlined guidelines

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
