Duration: 3 month contract
Pay rate $28/hour
Schedule: M-F 9:30am - 5pm
Job Summary:
Provides administrative and office support for the Human Resources Office, focusing on employment and recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Assisting with offer letters, new hire I.D. creation, and onboarding documentation
+ Coordinating background checks, employment verifications, and references
+ Scheduling and managing pre‐employment medical and drug screenings, ensuring timely completion of clearances
+ Maintaining personnel files in compliance with HR Joint Commission standards
+ Supporting job postings, social media advertising, and recruitment events as directed
+ Addressing general FMLA and benefits inquiries and ensuring I‐9 form compliance
Qualifications for this position include:
+ Three (3) years of experience in an administrative or paraprofessional clerical support position, preferably within a Human Resources or customer service function required.
+ Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Administration or a related field will be considered if they also have relevant work experience or an internship in HR or a related area
+ Ability to project a positive, knowledgeable, and helpful image to customers is required. Demonstrated proficiency in using the computer as a resource tool to assist applicants and employment staff
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is required. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred.

**Pay Details:** $28.00 per hour
