    Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Conway, SC to find a motivated Production & Administrative Support Associate to join their growing team! This role offers the opportunity for growth. Starting with hands-on shipping and packaging tasks and expanding into administrative tasks such as invoicing and order management.

    Responsibilities for this job include:

    + Package products and spare parts accurately for shipment to customers.

    + Inspect products for quality and compliance with documentation prior to shipping.

    + Apply labels and assist in preparing product manuals and shipping documents.

    + Assist with inventory control, organizing shelves, and maintaining supply levels.

    + Support customer training sessions, including setup, food prep, and cleanup.

    + Answer phones professionally and assist with general office duties.

    + Download and sort bills, handle mail, and assist with entering invoices into QuickBooks (training provided).

    + Proofread documentation and assist with preparing customer-facing materials.

    + Help maintain a clean, organized office and production area.

    Qualifications for this job include:

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

    + Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

    + Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

    + Comfortable working in both an office and production shop environment.

    + Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); QuickBooks experience a plus.

    + Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude.

    + Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.

    + Safety-conscious and able to follow company procedures.

    + Valid South Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation required.

    + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify and I-9 required).

     

    This position will start at $17.00/hr. and is Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
