    We are seeking a dedicated Architectural Project Manager to oversee all stages of architectural projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while adhering to all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee all project stages from start to finish.

    + Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

    + Manage budget and schedule for the project.

    + Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.

    + Oversee internal team members.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit.

    + Strong background in Architecture and design.

    + Experience as a Project Manager.

    + Competence in Construction documents and administration.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Architecture Degree required.

    + Licensure preferred.

    + 10+ years of experience in the Architecture field.

    + Experience with institutional projects such as libraries, government centers, and new schools.

    + Project Management Experience.

    Work Environment

    The position requires working onsite in Providence, RI, 3-4 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days. The office environment is dynamic and collaborative.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, Rhode Island.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
