Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of various commercial waterproofing projects. You will need to demonstrate leadership and prior management experience, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to set and manage priorities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

+ Plan and execute project workflows, managing day-to-day office and field operations.

+ Prepare proposals, read and navigate blueprints, conduct take-offs, prepare bids, determine budgets, and review contracts.

+ Collaborate with Estimators, General Contractors, and other Project Managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.

+ Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.

+ Communicate effectively with team members on deliverables and expectations.

+ Manage crews to drive productivity, ensure safety protocols are followed, and adhere to company policies.

+ Review timesheets weekly for accuracy and proper job allocation.

+ Communicate project issues, including safety concerns or injuries, to management promptly.

+ Review monthly internal reports to ensure accuracy and manage project profitability.

+ Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to maintain accurate Schedule of Values and update work completion percentages monthly.

+ Process scope changes and change orders in a timely manner.

+ Develop team talent by ensuring workforce training in safety protocols and support supplemental training opportunities.

+ Identify and nurture potential employees for career advancement within the company.

+ Build positive relationships with customers and project owners.

+ Identify and pursue opportunities for new business.

+ Propose innovative ideas to enhance services and processes.

+ Conduct business with honesty and integrity, protecting employee rights and company interests.

+ Utilize technology effectively for project management, including email, timekeeping, On Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of construction experience.

+ Proficiency in construction management, waterproofing, and project management.

+ Ability to read blueprints and prepare bids and proposals.

+ Strong communication and time management skills.

+ Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.

+ Experience with environmental remediation and restoration projects.

+ Familiarity with business development and project budgets.

+ Knowledge of OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.

+ Proficiency with Bluebeam and other relevant software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bilingual candidates are desired but not required.

+ A valid driver's license is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
