    We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee site-level project management and ensure that data center projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is crucial for managing projects related to build and network infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cost standards. The Construction Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and installers to ensure successful project execution.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecom Partners.

    + Drive solutions to achieve business unit goals and key performance indicators.

    + Serve as the primary contact for external partners, including GC Trade Partners.

    + Provide input into constructability and assist in project schedule creation and maintenance.

    + Escalate key issues for coordination with Campus Construction Management and Facilities Operations.

    + Lead efforts in planning and executing new data center capacity projects.

    + Collaborate with tenured team members for onboarding and guidance.

    Essential Skills

    + Project management

    + Construction management

    + Experience with telecom and network infrastructure

    + Commercial construction experience in Oil, Gas, or Chemical industries

    + Field experience in construction management

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 15+ years of construction management experience

    + Experience managing large projects (greater than $500M)

    + Professional-level degree in engineering or related discipline

    + Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar software

     

    Work Environment

     

    The role requires onsite work in Gallatin, TN, within a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on large-scale data center builds.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Gallatin, Tennessee.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
