    Responsibilities:

    + Accurately post manual and electronic customer payments to accounts using systems like PeopleSoft and MS Excel

    + Research and reconcile payment discrepancies and errors on a daily basis

    + Handle special payment situations and work on assigned projects under general supervision

    + Maintain detailed records and ensure timely reporting of issues and resolutions

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 5 years of clerical, administrative, or business support experience (utilities or energy sector a plus)

    + High school diploma required (additional education preferred)

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with enterprise systems like PeopleSoft, Passport, and EERS

    + Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 to $38.48 per hour
