    **Location:** Louisa, VA

    **Schedule:** Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (possible overtime on Fridays)

    **Pay Rate:** $16/hour

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time; Temp to Hire

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking **Shipping Support** to join our team! This is a **hands-on, physically demanding position** that plays a key role in ensuring our shipping operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

    + Move, stack, and organize pallets and materials in the shipping area

    + Prepare and stage shipments according to daily schedules and documentation

    + Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)

    + Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    + Follow all company safety and operational procedures

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    + Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused work habits

    + Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

    + Prior shipping, warehouse, or material-handling experience is a plus—but not required!

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
