• Corporate Quality Manager

    Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Corporate Quality Manager to join their corporate leadership team in DeKalb County, TN.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Driving quality improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.

    + Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L accountability.

    + Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements

    + Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives

    + Leading Kaizen and manager meetings on daily basis.

    + Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns

    + Overseeing internal audits, and ensuring compliance with IATF standards

    + Providing direction, training and mentoring to direct reports.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + 5+ years of experience leading quality within a manufacturing environment.

    + Automotive manufacturing background strongly preferred

    + Strong knowledge of quality documentation, mechanical aptitude and understanding of root cause analysis, GD&T, and similar functions.

    + Ability to work on-site 5 days a week

    + Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

    Our client offers:

    + Base salary in the $105k-115k range

    **Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
