Responsibilities for a CNC Lathe Machine Operator include but are not limited to:
• Setup and operate CNC Lathe machines to manufacture precision parts on 1st shift
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform secondary operations and collaborate with engineering to support product development
Candidates for CNC Lathe Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a CNC production environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform basic math
• Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

**Pay Details:** $24.20 to $27.50 per hour
