Summary:
Salary Range: $60,000-$64,000, commensurate with experience.
Provide leadership, supervision, and management of the Adult Residential PNMI program by establishing policies and practices that meet program needs in alignment with industry standards and organizational mission. The Manager ensures quality care, compliance with regulations, sound fiscal management, and a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Train, supervise, and develop staff to deliver high-quality services.
•Support and articulate the program and organizational mission to staff, residents, providers, and the community.
•Establish and maintain a program culture of mutual respect, empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•In collaboration with Program Director, plan program direction, set goals, and develop policies consistent with organizational mission.
•Organize program structure to support implementation of goals and policies; lead staff in carrying them out.
•Participate in the development and monitoring of the program budget; ensure resources are aligned with budgetary requirements.
•Monitor and ensure quality of care, risk management, documentation, and adherence to program standards.
•Actively engage in Continuous Quality Improvement through indicator development, threshold monitoring, outcome evaluation, and planning for service improvement.
•Ensure compliance with organizational, licensing, and regulatory standards, including confidentiality, client rights, safety practices, and universal precautions.
•Provide program oversight and leadership to ensure services are timely, appropriate, and effective.
•Ensure resident and family participation in assessment, treatment, discharge planning and community integration as appropriate.
•Respond to resident and family concerns in a timely, respectful, and solution-focused manner.
•Safeguard and promote the Human Rights of all program residents.
•Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
•Maintain confidentiality of resident information in strict conformity with state and federal law.

•Works collaboratively with on site clinicians, nurses, and case managers.
•Manager will provide program coverage for supervisor during vacations or position vacancies.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field, OR at least 5 years of residential experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
•MHRT1 or MHRT/C
•Valid driver’s license.
Experience:
•Minimum 2 years residential experience required.
•Experience with dual diagnoses (MH/SA) or substance use treatment preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
•Demonstrated competence in residential program management.
•Strong supervisory and leadership experience.
•Proficiency with technology for communication, reporting, and documentation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Regular sitting, standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
•Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and stair climbing.
•Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and other fine motor tasks.
•Driving up to 4 hours per shift.
•Travel in person to all PNMI locations monthly (Saco, Topsham, Belfast)
•Ability to meet all physical and safety requirements of a residential setting.

•Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
•Maintain full compliance with HIPAA regarding confidentiality and privacy.
