Project Manager – Industrial Manufacturing
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000
Hybrid Work: Eligible after 90 days (Manager approval required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1-hour lunch)
Travel: 20–30%, including international travel
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead both domestic and international projects involving industrial manufacturing machinery and equipment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical experience , excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving projects to successful completion. Candidates with experience in medical, bio, or similar industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead domestic and international projects through all milestone phases.
+ Construct and manage detailed project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, providing exemplary service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, budget limits, and financials.
+ Identify risks and opportunities; document and drive action/recovery plans as needed.
+ Oversee purchasing and ensure timely delivery of materials and contractor services.
+ Organize and lead project meetings, issue minutes, track progress, and follow up on action items.
+ Support company strategic objectives by aligning resources and pursuing departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
+ Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident).
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing machinery or equipment.
+ Strong understanding of engineering principles and terminology.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and procedure manuals.
+ Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
+ Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
+ Strong oral and written communication, math, and computer skills.
+ PMP Certification highly desirable (3+ years of experience with certification may be considered).
Preferred Experience
+ Experience with manufacturing contracts, especially in machine tools, automation, or industrial sectors.
+ Experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
+ Exposure to application engineering, mechanical engineering, or sales engineering is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
