Job Title: Radar Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Radar Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, physics, or mathematics and be proficient in data manipulation, data analysis, and signal processing. As a Radar Engineer, you will be engaged in developing and analyzing radar systems, working both independently and collaboratively in team environments.
Responsibilities
+ Perform data manipulation and analysis using Matlab, Python, and similar tools.
+ Engage in radar analysis, systems engineering, and operations.
+ Develop and enhance complex analysis tools using Matlab.
+ Work on radar signal/detection injection HWIL systems.
+ Collaborate with teams to achieve project goals and contribute to the THAAD program.
+ Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms to convey technical information.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Math from an accredited institution.
+ 7-20 years of experience in relevant fields.
+ Proficiency in data manipulation, data analysis, and signal processing.
+ Expertise in Matlab and Python for modeling and analysis.
+ Active Secret security clearance.
+ Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with radar systems engineering and radar operations.
+ Familiarity with fire control systems and simulation frameworks.
+ Experience leading tool development in Matlab.
+ Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is a plus.

The position is based onsite in a common area lab at Redstone Arsenal. You will collaborate directly with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and engineers from companies like Torch, Sigmatech, and i3. This is a Permanent position based out of Huntsville, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
