Description
________________________________________ Key Areas of Focus • Environmental Field Investigation and Assessment: Conducting groundwater and soil sampling, drilling oversight, and Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments (~80% field-based). • Project Coordination: Scoping jobs, building budgets, managing vendors, and supporting up to 20 active projects simultaneously. • Client Interaction: Supporting proposal development, communicating updates, and maintaining strong client relationships. • Technical Execution: Interpreting environmental data, supporting remediation strategies, and contributing to technical deliverables. ________________________________________ Daily Responsibilities • Lead and execute field investigations and sampling activities. • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for drilling and remediation tasks. • Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and basic technical reports. • Support senior PMs in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. • Participate in client meetings and contribute to proposal development. • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal QA/QC standards. ________________________________________ Size, Scope & Impact • Scope: Projects span oil companies, municipalities, military installations, housing developers, and private sector clients like Aramark and Catalina Island developments. • Impact: This role directly supports ability to scale operations, maintain client satisfaction, and win new business by ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Growth: Offers a clear path to senior PM roles, with exposure to litigation support, remediation design, and business development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Report Writing: While not a deal-breaker, the ability to draft Phase I/II reports and remedial action plans is valuable. Writing samples will be requested during the interview process. Candidates with strong technical writing skills will be able to contribute more independently to deliverables and reduce review cycles. • Advanced Degree (MS): A Master’s in environmental science, geology, or engineering is preferred but not required. It may support faster advancement into senior PM roles and enhance technical depth in client discussions. • Certifications (PG, PE, QISP, GIT): Not required, but considered a plus. These credentials demonstrate a commitment to the profession and may be advantageous for regulatory compliance, proposal competitiveness, and client trust. • Business Development Mindset: Candidates who show initiative in identifying new opportunities, supporting proposals, or expanding client relationships will be well-positioned for long-term growth within. • Human Health Risk Assessment Experience: This is a bonus skill that may be applied in select remediation projects or litigation support cases. • Client Sector Familiarity: Experience working with oil companies, municipalities, military, or private sector clients (e.g., Aramark, Catalina Island projects) is helpful for understanding client expectations and regulatory nuances. Required Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or related field • 4–6 years of total experience in environmental consulting, with at least 1 year in a project coordination or junior PM role • Strong field investigation background (80% field-based work) Key Attributes of Success: • Self-motivated, adaptable, and organized • Strong communication and client service orientation • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to commit to the role for at least 3 years

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00/hr.
