Job Title: Residential Director
Job Description
As a Residential Director, you will play a key role in assisting and collaborating with the Director of Operations, Executive Director, and Executive Management Team in the planning, formulation, and development of new programs, services, and major changes. You will be responsible for overseeing the staff and service delivery of Residential Services, ensuring that services meet the standards and regulations set forth by state purchasing/licensing agencies.
Responsibilities
+ Screen, interview, and recommend hiring and separation of program personnel.
+ Develop, maintain, and supervise the staff and service delivery of Residential Services.
+ Establish objectives, monitor progress, delegate responsibilities, and provide direction and guidance to achieve objectives.
+ Facilitate the resolution of conflicts between functions or services.
+ Oversee and maintain appropriate utilization rates for all programs.
+ Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures and contracting sources.
+ Review and monitor compliance with all required paperwork and sign off as necessary.
+ Facilitate staff meetings and regular trainings to ensure residential staff have correct licenses/certifications.
+ Implement and maintain agency personnel policies in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
+ Represent the organization at relevant professional meetings and local, state, and federal organizations.
+ Attend weekly leadership meetings.
+ Provide on-call support during the evening and weekends as a backup to the Residential Program Directors.
+ Oversee the Residential budget and spending in accordance with the agency fiscal policy.
+ Ensure compliance with all required program and client contractual documentation.
+ Obtain and maintain required certifications and licenses, including but not limited to CPI, CPR, First Aid, MAP.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Master’s Degree in health service field required
+ 3 years prior supervisory experience
+ Five years prior clinical experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties
+ Familiarity with trauma-informed care
+ Must have own vehicle and verification of adequate personal auto insurance
Work Environment
The work environment includes a typical office setting, as well as traveling to individual client homes and community settings. The case load is between 8-12 cases a week, with age ranges from 2 to 22 years old. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility required for potential longer days depending on circumstances. This is a Permanent position based out of Easthampton, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
