    Are you passionate about creating the next big thing in food? We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Food Technologist to support our New Product Development (NPD) efforts from concept to commercialization. This is a dynamic opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity, science, and manufacturing.

    What You’ll Do

    + Develop and refine innovative food products based on market trends, customer insights, and internal goals.

    + Conduct ingredient research, bench-top formulations, and sensory evaluations to optimize taste, texture, and nutrition.

    + Prepare prototypes and lead pilot-scale trials to validate formulations and processes.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth scale-up and commercialization.

    + Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, test results, and process parameters.

    + Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, labeling standards, and internal quality protocols.

    + Participate in customer presentations, product demos, and technical reviews.

    What You Bring

    + Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or related field.

    + Strong foundation in formulation, GMP, and R&D methodologies.

    + Passion for food innovation and problem-solving.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Work Environment

    + A blend of kitchen, lab, and manufacturing settings.

    + Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $44000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
