We're growing rapidly and are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for strategic product leadership of our enterprise AI agents built on our agentic platform, leveraging AWS Bedrock, SageMaker Unified Studio, and leading AI agentic frameworks. This role will be instrumental in designing and building AI agents capable of complex decision-making and task execution for implementation across the company, transforming our business and industry. Your product leadership will directly impact our client's ability to deliver multi-modal AI experiences at enterprise scale.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Define and execute the comprehensive product strategy for enterprise AI agents, aligning with broader organizational AI initiatives and business objectives
. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI agent features and capabilities
. Develop single and multi-agent product strategies and roadmaps for deployment on our agent platform using AWS Bedrock AgentCore, SageMaker Unified Studio, leading agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain/LangGraph) and leading foundation models for multi-modal AI agent experiences to support complex multi-agent workflows, RAG, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop capabilities
. Drive the product roadmap for agentic AI solutions, prioritizing features and capabilities that deliver maximum business value . Identify and validate new use cases for AI agents across different business functions and departments, working closely with business unit leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI agent implementation . Drive adoption and scaling of AI agent solutions across the enterprise
. Translate market insights into product features that differentiate our AI agent capabilities
. Partner closely with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, legal/compliance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions for our customers
. Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market strategy, training materials, and adoption metrics
. Establish feedback loops with internal users to continuously improve AI agent performance and user experience
. Work closely with our agentic AI data platform team to ensure resilient and highly scalable data availability is available to, and produced by, AI agents built and operating on our agent platform
. Develop product strategies and artefacts for repeatable agent patterns and data flows supporting autonomous agent decision-making, including real-time data ingestion, contextual data retrieval, and dynamic feature computation
. Establish product metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI agent implementations across the enterprise
. Drive product roadmap and contribute to technology selection for agent design evolution and evaluation of emerging technologies
. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Data Science, and Security teams to deliver end-to-end AI agent capabilities that meet enterprise requirements
. Implement product strategies for advanced data quality monitoring and establish comprehensive data governance practices specific to AI systems, including agent auditability and explainability requirements providing end-to-end visibility into agent operations, including A/B testing agent design
. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry-specific requirements and guidelines, including through privacy-by-design architectures, automated data lineage tracking, and comprehensive audit trails
. Provide product support, guidance, and capabilities for business and technology teams building AI agents on the platform
. Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to keep our platform at the forefront of agentic AI capabilities and competitive differentiation
. Develop regular roadmaps balancing technical debt, innovation, and business requirements
. Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors in the AI ecosystem
. Ability to objectively enforce prioritization to successfully complete tasks and meet goals and deadlines
. Commitment to building responsible AI infrastructure with strong governance and transparency
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 5+ years product management experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI, machine learning, or enterprise software products . Experience building infrastructure for LLM-based applications preferred
. {Full AWS stack experience including S3, VPC, Sagemaker, Bedrock - input from Architecture/Engineering}
. Track record of solving complex platform challenges
. Experience balancing innovation with stability in mission-critical data infrastructure
. Experience in managing requirements for large or complex software products, facilitating exploration of potential solution alternatives or MVP/MMF options and achieving consensus
. Experience in the development and management of KPIs and leading indicators to inform product decisions and outcomes
. Skilled in delegation including being able to portray expectations for tasks clearly
. Experience making critical decisions under uncertainty with limited information
. Success driving initiatives across multiple teams and organizations
. Ability to think strategically throughout every phase of a product's development
. Ability to objectively enforce prioritization to successfully complete tasks and meet goals and deadlines
. Skilled in leading activities to support product delivery work including delivery launch communications, training materials, user acceptance testing, business validation, success criteria measurement and analysis, and post-deployment analysis to identify improvements
. Ability to communicate clearly complex business needs to leaders, managers, architects, and other technical stakeholders
. Collaborates with Engineers, Product Managers and Program Managers to determine cross-product and cross-program impacts, interdependency of work and priorities, and plan for communication and coordination
. Ability to manage legal, compliance, and security aspects of products by collaborating across the enterprise
. Holistic approach to platform design considering scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability
. Ability to quickly master new technologies and evaluate their applicability to existing systems
. Commitment to creating comprehensive product documentation and team knowledge transfer
Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $214,800.00.
