    Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our clients’ residences. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, be able to troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that suit the clients’ needs while adhering to safety regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Inspect, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.

    + Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

    + Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.

    + Provide excellent customer service and present the company positively.

    + Read blueprints to generate plans, unit specifications, and negotiate pricing/bids if required.

    + Complete all required paperwork accurately.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician.

    + In-depth knowledge of Residential HVAC systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Clean motor vehicle history.

    + Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Epa universal certification.

    + Experience with duct work and sheet metal.

    + Knowledge of boilers and construction.

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $93600.00/yr.

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Souderton,PA.
