    Job Title: Quality Supervisor

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Quality Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO and other relevant standards.

    + Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP principles.

    + Oversee quality control processes, including quality inspection and assurance activities throughout the manufacturing cycle.

    + Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality.

    + Analyze data related to product quality and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

    + Collaborate with production teams to ensure that all products meet established quality standards before release.

    + Provide training and guidance on quality systems and best practices to staff at all levels of the organization.

    + Prepare reports on quality performance for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

    Essential Skills

    + In-depth knowledge of ISO, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and quality standards.

    + Proven experience in conducting quality audits and implementing effective quality control measures.

    + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on product quality.

    + Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Proficient in project management methodologies to lead quality improvement projects successfully.

    + Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

    + Familiarity with QA/QC principles and practices is essential for maintaining high-quality standards across operations.

    + Experience with ISO 9001

    + Supervision experience

    + GMP knowledge

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
