Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

+ Shift: 2nd

+ Hours: 3PM - 11PM - Monday through Friday

+ You can expect to work 50-55 hours a week in a brand new building. Possibility of weekend shifts.

+ Pay: $28.00/hr. - 36.00/hr.

+ Premium: $1.50/hr.

+ OT: 1.5x After 40

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility's equipment, with a focus on both electrical and mechanical maintenance. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining and repairing injection molding equipment and other machinery within our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

+ Work with operators to troubleshoot and resolve machine downtimes.

+ Perform maintenance on injection molding, blow molding, stamping, tool and die machines, robotics, and automated equipment both mechanically and electrically.

+ Handle electrical systems including 480v, 24dc, and 3-phase.

+ Order spare parts by completing basic requisitions.

+ Follow a preventive maintenance schedule.

+ Use computer systems and basic Excel for work orders, maintenance schedules, and parts ordering.

+ Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.

+ Conduct basic facilities maintenance as required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bowling Green, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $75920.00/yr.

-PTO will be prorated based off start date and can use it after 90 days

-In January of the new year they will get 120 hours

-Benefits will start 1st day of the following month from start date

-401k with 6% company match

-Perfect attendance bonus-Earn an extra $1 on top of pay and includes over time-starts right away
