Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

+ Shift: 3rd - 11PM -7AM

+ Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work as necessary.

+ Pay: 28.00/hr. - 36.00/hr.

+ 1.5x after 40

+ Double Time on Sunday

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a balanced mix of electrical and mechanical tasks. You will handle maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and related equipment, ensuring optimal operation and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

+ Perform electrical maintenance on 480v 3 phase, 120v single phase, and 24vdc/AC systems.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot on injection molding machines.

+ Perform minimal welding and fabrication tasks.

+ Troubleshoot secondary auxiliary equipment through radio communication.

+ Assign and perform PM on presses during each shift.

+ Manage work orders, PMs, and inventory using Windsor Mold software.

+ Occasionally conduct robot end of arm changes and program updates.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellevue, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
