    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    This role involves loading buckets and covers into a cleaning and sanitizing machine. Responsibilities include grabbing buckets and covers from pallets, placing them into the washer, monitoring the machine, catching them from the other side, and stacking them for drying. This is a highly repetitive role. Additional duties include palletizing, wrapping pallets, assisting operators with moving materials, and other general labor tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Load buckets and covers into cleaning and sanitizing machine.

    + Monitor the machine and ensure proper operation.

    + Catch and stack buckets and covers for drying.

    + Perform palletizing and wrapping of pallets.

    + Assist operators with moving materials.

    + Complete other general labor duties as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift 40 lbs.

    + Comfortable with repetitive work and standing on feet for the duration of the shift.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

    + Warehouse and palletizing experience is advantageous.

    + Forklift experience or willingness to learn is highly valued.

    + Manufacturing experience is beneficial.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is very clean and organized, suitable for a chemical mixing and production setting. With about 15 employees in the building, you will be part of a small team, with only about 4 employees on the night shift. The environment is temperature-controlled with minimal odor, emphasizing safety at all levels. The position operates on the 3rd shift, from 11pm to 7am Sunday through Thursday, with some overtime possible.

    This is a Contract position based out of North Branch, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
