    Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for recording maintenance repair activities in a computer-based management system, working with PLCs, CNCs, and Multi-Access Robots daily, and using basic test equipment such as multi-meters, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems. You will also repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment, including lathes, mills, welding and brazing equipment, presses, and automated assembly lines. A fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic schematics, as well as mechanical drawings, is required to solve problems efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Record maintenance repair activities in a computer-based maintenance management system.

    + Work with PLCs, CNCs, and Multi-Access Robots daily.

    + Use basic test equipment such as multi-meters, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems.

    + Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment, including lathes, mills, welding and brazing equipment, presses, and automated assembly lines.

    + Understand electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic schematics, as well as mechanical drawings, to solve problems in a timely manner.

    + Strive to reduce downtime by working efficiently and performing countermeasures aimed at root cause analysis.

    + Commit to safety and quality with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-4 years of experience in a production maintenance environment.

    + General knowledge of machines and tools, measurement instruments, automation/robotics, maintenance, and repair.

    + Associates Degree in Machining Technology or Industrial Maintenance or equivalent work experience.

    + Basic knowledge of mathematics and trigonometry to understand complex instructions and schematics.

    + Intermediate maintenance skills.

    + Ability to create standard operating procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Industrial experience with mechanical components such as hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, robotics, CNCs, and other mechanically driven equipment.

    + Proficient in blueprints.

    + Preferably with an Associates degree in applicable programs (Mechatronics, Industrial Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering).

    + Eagerness to learn, supported by a good training and development program.

     

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a climate-controlled facility that is both clean and safe. Our equipment includes CNC machines, robotic welders, multi-access robots, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems. We provide training hubs where you can work on equipment that is off the manufacturing floor.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
