Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
The role involves operating a rubber injection molding machine. This includes loading parts into the machine, removing the finished product, trimming excess rubber, and conducting quality checks. The process is repeated until all molds for the specific product are completed.
Responsibilities
+ Operate a rubber injection molding machine efficiently.
+ Load and unload parts based on the specific job requirements.
+ Trim excess rubber from products and perform quality checks.
+ Repeat the molding process until all molds are completed.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production operations.
+ Proficiency with general labor and production tasks.
+ Experience in assembly and packaging.
+ Skill in using hand tools and operating machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
