    Job Description

    The Facilities Technician is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities within a geographical region. This position will perform general building maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance repair. The Facilities Technician will work alongside the Facilities Department leaders to maintain the aesthetic of our stores and ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform general building maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities.

    + Conduct maintenance tasks involving plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance repair.

    + Collaborate with Facilities Department leaders to maintain store aesthetics.

    + Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in plumbing, facilities maintenance, and as a maintenance technician.

    + Experience with HVAC systems.

    + Knowledge in drywall, painting, carpentry, and electrical work.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience as a Facilities Technician.

    + Proficiency in painting and carpentry.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work is performed in stores located in Manhattan. The environment requires interaction with various facility equipment and systems, and adherence to safety and operational standards is essential.

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $80000.00/yr.
