Job Title: Panel Builder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our team. You will maintain a working knowledge of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC. This role requires the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
Responsibilities
+ Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics.
+ Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards.
+ Check work to ensure error-free products.
+ Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and submit them to the supervisor upon project completion.
+ Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace.
+ Provide all necessary tools to perform the job function.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in panel building and control panel wiring.
+ Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics and blueprints.
+ Ability to layout, mount components, drill, and tap effectively.
+ Strong electrical wiring and assembly skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics.
+ Capability to wire assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists.
+ Occasional assistance in employee development and continuous improvement.

Work Environment
Work on a shop floor alongside other panel builders. Choose from a 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM (flexible on start time as long as you arrive by 8:00 AM and complete your 8 hours) or a 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM with a shift differential (10-hour shifts, not flexible on those times).

+ Registrar en “red-lines” cualquier cambio realizado durante la fabricación y entregarlos al supervisor al finalizar el proyecto.
+ Mantener un lugar de trabajo limpio, eficiente y seguro.
+ Proporcionar todas las herramientas necesarias para realizar las funciones del puesto.
Habilidades Esenciales
+ Experiencia en ensamblaje de paneles y cableado de paneles de control.
+ Dominio en la lectura e interpretación de esquemas eléctricos y planos.
+ Capacidad para distribuir, montar componentes, perforar y roscar eficazmente.
+ Sólidas habilidades en cableado y ensamblaje eléctrico.
Habilidades Adicionales
+ Capacidad para seguir e interpretar instrucciones de ensamblaje, incluyendo dibujos, planos y esquemas eléctricos.
+ Habilidad para cablear componentes ensamblados a partir de esquemas simples y/o listas de cables.
+ Apoyo ocasional en el desarrollo de empleados y mejora continua.

Entorno de Trabajo
Trabajarás en el área de producción junto a otros ensambladores de paneles. Puedes elegir entre el primer turno de 6:00 AM a 3:30 PM (inicio flexible siempre que llegues antes de las 8:00 AM y completes tus 8 horas) o el segundo turno de 3:30 PM a 12:30 AM con diferencial de turno (turnos de 10 horas, sin flexibilidad en el horario).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
