Job Title: Staging Associate
Job Description
The Staging Associate is an essential member of the production team, responsible for the pre-production stages of order fulfillment. This role ensures the accurate preparation of components needed for heat press operators, maintaining inventory accuracy, and facilitating a smooth workflow. The Staging Associate collaborates closely with the Team Lead, Receiving Team, and Heat Press Operators.
Responsibilities
+ Order Preparation & Staging: Print and prepare all necessary paperwork for production orders, select required apparel items from inventory, and match them with corresponding materials based on work orders.
+ Perform initial quality control checks on garments during staging and report any defects or discrepancies.
+ Inventory Management Support: Document and track inventory items, communicate replenishment needs, and support the organization of staging and inventory areas.
+ Team Collaboration: Work with the Team Lead, Receiving Team, and Heat Press Operators to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
+ Process Adherence & Improvement: Follow company policies and safety guidelines, identify areas for process improvement, and participate in training and development sessions.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial judgment.
+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
+ Familiarity with measuring tools and their application.
+ Ability to work consistently and maintain a steady pace.
+ Strong team collaboration skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
+ Basic understanding of quality control principles.

Work Environment
The work environment is casual with a dress code that includes jeans, slacks, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. Steel-toed boots or sneakers are required. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liverpool, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
