Job Title: Printing Press Operator
Job Description
Operate a Delta Converting machine, independently setting up and troubleshooting as needed. Adjust machine settings to meet job specifications, including loading materials and settings for cuts. Continuously monitor the machine to ensure timely feeding and accurate cutting per specifications.
Responsibilities
+ Operate and manage the Delta Converting machine.
+ Set up the machine and troubleshoot issues independently.
+ Load materials and adjust settings to meet job specifications.
+ Monitor the machine continuously to ensure timely feeding and accurate cutting.
+ Document and record all materials and time expended using a computer.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience in Printing/Converting Machine Operating.
+ 1+ year of experience in machine setup and troubleshooting.
+ 1+ year of computer experience for documentation.
+ Proficiency in using printing machines and troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with Flexography, Forklift operation, Inspection, and die cutting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Preference for candidates with roll fed digital backgrounds.
+ Experience with Delta Converting is preferred, but similar press experience (e.g., Comexi Group, Koenig & Bauer, Bobst) is also considered valuable.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
