Job Title: Line Worker (18-19/hr.) (All Shifts)
Job Description
Join our dynamic production manufacturing team where you will play a vital role in overseeing the production of plastic parts. **Your duties will include legibly writing and tracking order information, pulling part tickets, watching machinery, and keeping parts organized. You will also be responsible for stacking and palletizing parts, using rulers and tape measures, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted. The role requires walking up and down stairs and conducting quality checks on parts hourly or as needed.**
Responsibilities
+ Oversee the production of plastic parts and ensure machinery is functioning properly.
+ Legibly write and track order information.
+ Pull part tickets as needed for production processes.
+ Organize, stack, and palletize parts efficiently.
+ Utilize rulers and tape measures accurately.
+ Conduct quality checks on parts hourly or as needed.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and walk up and down stairs for tasks such as loading hoppers.
+ 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
+ Ability to pass a ruler/measuring test with at least 90% accuracy.
+ Comfortable lifting 50 pounds multiple times a shift.
+ Proficient in reading tape measures and using micrometers/calipers/gauges.
+ Capability to work independently or in a team setting.
+ High school diploma.
+ Knowledge of hand and power tools.
+ Experience in assembly, packaging, and general production is beneficial.

Work Environment
The work is carried out in a plastic extrusion facility, which is an older plant floor but maintained very clean. The facility has recently expanded to include three new extrusion lines and a larger warehouse/parts staging area. **There are openings on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with varying pay rates. Shift times are as follows: 1st shift (6:45am-3:15pm), 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm), and 3rd shift (10:45pm-7:15am). Steel toe footwear is required.**

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
