    • **Schedule:** Full-Time

    • **Pay:** $28–$36/hour (based on experience) + Overtime Opportunities

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + 🔧 Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

    + 🛠️ Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and galvanizing equipment.

    + 📐 Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to troubleshoot and optimize.

    + ⚙️ Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

    + 🧠 Collaborate with production teams to solve problems and improve efficiency.

    + 🧼 Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    + ✅ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (metal fabrication or galvanizing preferred).

    + ✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

    + ✅ Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems is a plus.

    + ✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in hot/cold environments, and handle physical tasks.

    + ✅ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or rotating shifts.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
