•** **TIG Welder – Join a Skilled Team in Chaska, MN (Full-Time, Permanent)

**We’re hiring a TIG Welder** to join our high-performing manufacturing team where your precision and craftsmanship are valued every day.

•** **What You’ll Do

+ TIG weld stainless and carbon steel (1/16" to ½") with precision and care.

+ Work from blueprints and work orders to assemble parts to exact specifications.

+ Weld small U-shaped tubes in radiators — including thin materials and tight spots.

+ Perform most welds while seated at adjustable welding tables for comfort and consistency.

+ Inspect, repair, and rework welds as needed to meet quality standards.

+ Prep surfaces using grinders, cutters, and drills.

•** **What You Bring

+ **1+ year of TIG welding experience** on stainless steel at one company.

+ Skilled in **light gauge TIG welding** with tight tolerances (down to .035").

+ Comfortable working with **small parts and thin metals** .

+ Bonus: MIG welding experience, blueprint reading, or mechanical skills.

+ Welding school or **3–4 years of hands-on experience** is a big plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52832.00 - $64563.00/yr.

Competitive Pay: Pay range $25.40 - $31.04/hr
