    Job Title: 1st Shift Laser Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our team. The role involves the operation and setup of laser cutting machines, cutting parts as per work instructions and blueprints, and performing daily preventative maintenance tasks. You will need to read and edit G-code for machine programming and ensure compliance with production documentation and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate laser cutting machines efficiently and safely.

    + Set up laser machines for various cutting tasks.

    + Cut parts accurately according to work instructions and blueprints.

    + Read and edit G-code for machine programming.

    + Follow procedures and documentation for production compliance.

    + Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks on laser machines.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience in laser operations.

    + Proficiency in reading and editing G-code.

    + Ability to read blueprints and understand work instructions.

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with CNC laser operations.

    + Familiarity with laser machine inspection processes.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56160.00/yr.
