Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals for Operator positions on the 1st and 3rd shifts in the Indianapolis area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate various types of fabrication machinery.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate machinery.
+ Make adjustments or change out tooling as needed.
+ Read and interpret simple blueprints.
+ Utilize tools such as hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and grinders.
+ Accurately use tape measures, calipers, and understand fractions and decimals.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with machine operation and CNC.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Familiarity with manufacturing processes and laser operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with press brake and punch press operations.
+ Forklift operation skills.

Work Environment
Work in a heavy steel manufacturing environment that can get hot during summer months. Our team takes pride in building things and being recognized as a top metal fabricator. Enjoy a structured work schedule: 1st shift runs from 5:30AM to 2:00PM (Monday through Friday) and 3rd shift from 9:00PM to 5:30AM (Sunday through Thursday) with a $1.50/hr shift differential. Benefit from a 30-minute unpaid lunch and a paid 10-minute break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
